Adriana Espinoza, M.S., LMSW

“I believe that people have the opportunity to resolve their own challenges. Sometimes, the pathway forward and transformation in itself is cloudy and that is where I come in. My job is to guide and support my patients on their path of identifying their needs and then exploring and achieving their goals.”

About The Clinician

Adriana is a licensed social worker with experience in outpatient mental health practices, crisis response, school systems, foster care, and community mental health. She has also worked in crisis response for children and adolescents in Baltimore City and in Child Protective Services (CPS). Much of her focus has been on complex trauma, suicide prevention, grief, and PTSD.

Adriana’s ideal patient is someone who struggles with depression, anxiety, restlessness, grief, or is just feeling lost or alone. She enjoys doing trauma work and focuses on written or narrative therapies as a treatment modality. She likes when patients are open to “doing the work” such as trying new things, reading, journaling, and sharing what is impactful to them.
