Emily Cox, M.S., LGPC

“I believe that each individual is a unique being and that throughout our lives we are made to feel uncomfortable. This is our mind and body’s way of telling us growth is within our reach. There are basic and essential things that we all need to feel safe, and from that point we can all learn to grow in new ways.  If you can trust me in the safe space we share together, I will do my best to provide you with the help you need. I will adjust to meet you where you are at so growth is obtainable and achievable.”
