About The Clinician

Caity earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Deaf Studies from the State University of New York at New Paltz. She is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in a CACREP Accredited program at Southern New Hampshire University.

Caity has experience working with children and teenagers in supportive environments, where she learned that every individual, regardless of age, is capable of learning and growing. She is working toward specializing in eating disorders, a passion she hopes to expand upon throughout her career.

Caity’s treatment approach takes a holistic view of counseling, emphasizing the unique aspects that make each individual who they are. She believes in fostering her clients’ strengths while supporting them in addressing areas for growth. Caity is committed to creating a collaborative and empathetic environment where clients feel empowered to navigate life’s challenges.

Caity’s ideal clients are children, teens, and women. She feels well-equipped to handle issues such as relationship challenges, self-esteem struggles, anxiety, depression, attachment issues, OCD, and life transitions. She is particularly passionate about helping individuals work through body image concerns and eating disorders.
