Developing Competent Therapists
Skill Development: Clinicians help interns develop essential clinical skills through role-playing, case discussions, and mentorship.
Continuous Learning: Clinicians encourage interns to participate in continuing education opportunities and stay up-to-date on the latest research and therapeutic approaches.
Regular Supervision: Clinicians provide consistent supervision to interns, offering guidance, support, and feedback on their therapeutic techniques.
Case Reviews: Clinicians review interns’ case notes and treatment plans to ensure they are following ethical guidelines and providing effective care.
